Kate Middleton reportedly planned to have a “heart-to-heart” chat with her brother-in-law, Prince Harry. However, that plan is allegedly very unlikely to take place now as Meghan Markle will reportedly be joining her husband during his upcoming UK visit this summer. As reported by Heatworld, an insider claimed that the Princess of Wales has concerns that the Duchess of Sussex’s “presence will ‘change the atmosphere.” According to the person, Middleton also thinks that Markle’s presence will lead to “distrust” and “bitterness.”
The source further said to the news outlet that Middleton hoped for a “heart-to-heart” with Harry to “talk sense into him and encourage him to apologise” to his brother, Prince William. The source then continued that it might be unlikely now that Markle will be present.
The insider also claimed that Middleton “has always been good about keeping her own feelings in check and focusing on the bigger picture.” The Princess of Wales reportedly intends to do the same this time. However, according to the insider, Meghan’s presence is going to completely change the atmosphere.”
The source further explained, “Most people in the family firmly believe that Harry was manipulated by Meghan; that she stirred the pot and purposely turned him against them all. So of course there’s a huge amount of distrust and bitterness.”
