Prince Harry May Be Revisiting an Important Family Link in UK — Report

Prince Harry may be paying a visit to Althorp House in Northamptonshire, the place where his mother, Princess Diana, grew up, during his next trip to the UK. People are excited that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are finally planning a visit to the country after a long time. The couple is reportedly expected to be there for the Invictus Games commitments, and both fans and the media are eagerly awaiting their arrival.

The last time they reportedly visited the UK with their children was in June 2022 for Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee, making this potential return even more significant for royal watchers.

Prince Harry is reportedly planning a visit connected to Princess Diana

Prince Harry is reportedly planning to visit a place deeply connected to his mother, Princess Diana. Harry and Meghan Markle are reportedly all set to visit the UK next month in connection with the Invictus Games.

While they are in the UK, a report by Hello! Magazine suggests that they may also visit Althorp House, where Diana grew up. The property’s website reportedly shows that it will be closed on July 10 and 11. This has fueled speculation that the Sussexes could be visiting the estate while fulfilling their Invictus Games commitments.

The property is now run by Harry’s uncle, Charles Spencer. The Duke has long shared a close connection with the family home and has visited it on several occasions.

Every year, Althorp House opens to the public for around two months. The estate boasts a 10,000-book library, while its grounds feature a deer park, the Oval Lake, and several other picturesque attractions that add to its charm.

The estate carries a deep emotional significance for Harry. This is because Althorp House remains one of the places most closely associated with Princess Diana’s life.

Harry’s fondness for his mother is well known. In his memoir, Spare, he wrote about taking Meghan to Diana’s grave on the 25th anniversary of her death. Reflecting on the moment, he wrote that he had brought the girl of his dreams home to meet his mother. He added that he told her he missed her and asked for her guidance.
