Donald Trump’s Family Member Makes a Big Real Estate Move — Source

Donald Trump Jr. is reportedly expanding his footprint in South Florida. A new report claims that he and his newlywed, Bettina Anderson, have purchased a plot of land in West Palm Beach. The move comes just weeks after the couple’s intimate wedding in the Bahamas. Sources allege they are now planning a custom-built home for their future together.

Fresh off their wedding celebrations, Donald Trump Jr. and Bettina Anderson have made a significant real estate investment in Florida. According to sources who spoke to Page Six, the couple has purchased a double lot in West Palm Beach’s Prospect Park neighborhood and is planning to build a sizeable new residence on the property.

The purchase marks another milestone for the pair, who married in a private ceremony in the Bahamas in late May. The event was said to be a small gathering attended by close family and friends, including Trump’s children and siblings. While the wedding kept a relatively low profile, their alleged property acquisition has quickly attracted attention because of both its scale and location.

Sources cited by the outlet claimed that Trump Jr. and Anderson intend to build an “eight-bedroom home” on the site. The property is supposedly being designed with family living in mind and could offer enough room for hosting large gatherings. According to the report, the home may also be suitable for political fundraising events.

The choice of West Palm Beach is also notable. Although neighboring Palm Beach is often associated with some of the country’s most exclusive estates, West Palm Beach has become increasingly attractive to affluent buyers in recent years.

Additionally, the location would keep the couple close to several members of the Trump family. President Donald Trump owns Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, while Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner live on Indian Creek Island near Miami. Eric Trump and Lara Trump are based farther north in Jupiter.

As for Anderson, the move could represent a return to familiar surroundings. A Palm Beach native, she was born and raised in the area and attended Palm Beach Day School. Her deep local roots may have played a role in the couple’s decision to put down roots nearby.
