Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift reportedly cancelled their Rhode Island wedding party for a reason. As per TMZ, the couple had plans to wed at Ocean House Resort in Rhode Island. As per sources, they had locked in the date, June 13. Notably, 13 is believed to be Swift’s lucky number.
TMZ revealed that a fireworks company was hired to put on a big fireworks show for the wedding reception. But in mid-May, the fireworks company was duly informed that the venue had been shifted to New York City. Later, it was reported that Kelce and Swift decided not to go ahead with the original plan after details about the wedding and venue became headlines.
Now, as per a new report by Page Six, the couple have changed the venue from her New York City home to the iconic Madison Square Garden. TMZ pointed out that the usual norm is that a reception always comes after the wedding. Hence, they have raised doubts as to whether Swift and Kelce may have tied the knot already. However, these are just speculations at this point of time.
TMZ previously reported that there have been a lot of activities at the singer’s Rhode Island mansion not far from Ocean House. Swift’s best friend, Abigail Anderson Berard, was seemingly spotted on the balcony with her child. The outlet shared that there has been a flurry of activities at Swift’s Rhode Island home, with lights on for an extended period and massive security.
