Joy Behar says she has reached a breaking point when it comes to discussing Donald Trump. The longtime The View co-host openly expressed frustration during a political discussion this week. Behar has spent years weighing in on politics from the panel desk, but she suggested that her patience is running thin. Her latest comments came during a debate about reports surrounding a potential agreement involving the Trump administration and Iran.
‘The View’ host Joy Behar says she’s ‘tired’ of Donald Trump
The conversation unfolded during the June 17 episode of The View. The panel’s first Hot Topic focused on reports that Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance had reached a deal with Iran aimed at preventing further conflict. The reported arrangement allegedly includes a multibillion-dollar fund to help repair damage caused by U.S. military strikes, though details remain unclear (via TV Insider).
As the discussion continued, Behar made it clear she was exhausted by the topic. “I’m so tired of Donald Trump. I can barely even talk about him anymore,” she said. Bahar then delivered a lengthy criticism, saying she was “sick of his stupidity and dishonor,” as well as the way he speaks about others, how he presents himself to children watching, and the way he uses insults and profanity when talking about people.
Behar did not stop there. She also questioned the reported Iran agreement and expressed skepticism about the lack of publicly available details. “Where is this Iranian deal?” she asked before comparing it to information she claimed the public never saw, including Trump’s college transcripts and tax returns. She also took aim at Trump’s business history, remarking, “What do you expect from someone who’s bankrupted a casino?!”
Interestingly, Behar is not the only co-host who appears to have had enough of discussing Trump. Moderator Whoopi Goldberg often avoids saying his name altogether, instead referring to him as “You Know Who.” She has also used the nickname “Taco D,” though occasional slips have led her to say Trump’s name on air.
