Maika Monroe‘s romance movie Reminders of Him has locked its streaming release date. Directed by Vanessa Caswill, the film is based on a 2022 Colleen Hoover novel of the same name. It also features Tyriq Withers.
When is Reminders of Him being released on Peacock?
Universal Pictures’ Reminders of Him will begin streaming on Peacock on July 10, 2026. The movie originally debuted in theaters earlier this year, on March 13, 2026. In the film, Monroe portrays Kenna Rowan, while Withers plays Ledger Ward. The rest of the cast includes Rudy Pankow, Lainey Wilson, Lauren Graham, and Bradley Whitford.
The official description for the film reads, “Colleen Hoover’s bestselling novel becomes a transformative film about motherhood, forgiveness and the power of love to overcome the worst mistake. Desperate to rebuild her life with a daughter she has never known, Kenna finds unexpected compassion in a secret romance with local bar owner Ledger. As dangers develop for both of them, Kenna hopes to find a second chance amid unbearable heartbreak.”
The screenplay has been written by Lauren Levine & Colleen Hoover, who also serves as a producer alongside Lauren Levine and Gina Matthews. Robin Mulcahy Fisichella is the executive producer.
Reminders of Him received a strong response from audiences upon its theatrical release. On Rotten Tomatoes, it currently holds a stellar Tomatometer score of 88%. The film was also a huge box office success, making over $88 million against a budget of $25 million, according to The Numbers.
The romantic drama is the third feature film adapted from Hoover’s books. Previously, her 2016 novel It Ends With Us and the 2019 novel Regretting You were adapted into films. It Ends With Us was released in 2024, featuring Blake Lively. As for Regretting You, it was released last year and starred Mckenna Grace, Mason Thames, and Allison Williams, among others.
