Jack Schlossberg recently reacted to comments made by Madonna about his late uncle, John F. Kennedy Jr. During an appearance on SiriusXM’s Radio Andy, host Andy Cohen asked Schlossberg what he thought about Madonna recently calling JFK Jr. the best sexual partner she had ever had.
The question caught Schlossberg off guard, leading to an awkward pause. Cohen broke the silence, noting that Schlossberg is running for office and thinking before responding to the question. The Democrat thought about it and said, “All I can say is that I bet she was right.”
Madonna’s comments originally came during a promotional interview for her new album, Confessions II. During the interview, she was asked about the best lover she ever had. The “Vogue” singer chose to simply name people who had passed away. She then quietly named John F. Kennedy Jr.
Following her statement, a source close to JFK Jr. told Page Six that their relationship was brief and was “a fun adventure for him.” The source further claimed, “He had a really fun time and a really good time [with Madonna].”
RoseMarie Terenzio, JFK Jr.’s chief of staff, also shared details about his connection to the singer. She recalled that their connection was short-lived and eventually turned into a friendship. “I know that there were a lot of scheduling issues involved because she was on tour,” she added. As a result, the two eventually “friend-zoned” each other but remained friendly and exchanged playful messages over the years.
JFK Jr. later married Carolyn Bessette Kennedy in 1996. However, they both sadly died in a plane crash in 1999.
