Kai Trump accompanied her grandfather, Donald Trump, to the NBA Finals on Monday. However, when he was shown on the Jumbotron during the national anthem, the crowd seemingly booed the U.S. President. And this, netizens believe (although not verified), Kai had covered with a new audio in her Instagram clip. As a result, she was brutally trolled online.
Kai uploaded the clip on her account with the caption, “Thank you to 15SOF for capturing this special moment with my Grandpa.” But soon her followers pointed out the audio change to mask the boo which her grandad received during the anthem. “Changing the audio is wild though,” mentioned a person.
While pointing out the same, another individual commented, “Omg..NO..replacing the audio with cheers..So Trumplike.” A third remarked, “Blocked out the boos.” Another follower said, “She changed the boos.” A fifth person also pointed, “Girl your face says it all lmao!! Grandpa & u were BOOED.”
However, some of the netizens were singing praises for the 79-year-old, with one follower saying, “The Greatest President of All-Time.” While another Trump fan mentioned, “USA, USA,USA, TRUMP THE BEST.” A third added, “Yes, I do. Love my president, Mr. Trump.”
Donald Trump went to Madison Square Garden to watch Game 3 of the NBA Finals. According to the Associated Press, Trump watched the finals from Knicks owner James Dolan’s box along with many administration officials. However, when he was shown on the large screen, saluting during the anthem, the crowd erupted into boos. But the POTUS was captured smiling at this time.
