A merchandise leak tied to Avengers: Doomsday is revealing new details about the film’s character designs months before its theatrical debut. The images provide what appears to be the first full look at Robert Downey Jr.’s Doctor Doom costume while also revealing Thor’s helmet. The toy line further suggests costume changes for some returning Avengers. Marvel Studios has yet to officially comment on the leaked images.

Leaked Avengers: Doomsday action figures have revealed new details about several characters from the upcoming Marvel film, including Robert Downey Jr.’s Doctor Doom and Chris Hemsworth‘s Thor. The merchandise provides a full look at Doom’s costume while also showing Thor equipped with a thunder helmet.
The Doctor Doom figure depicts the villain in a green hooded outfit combined with silver armor pieces, including metallic gloves, boots, sleeves, and his signature mask. The design closely resembles Doom’s traditional comic-book appearance. The figure’s packaging also appears to use the same promotional artwork that Disney has previously displayed during presentations for the film, including CinemaCon 2026.
Thor’s figure offers another previously unseen detail. While the promotional video has already shown the character sporting a shorter hairstyle similar to his look in Avengers: Infinity War, the action figure includes a helmet inspired by Thor’s classic comic-book design.
The leaked toy line includes a Captain America figure as well. Based on the images, Anthony Mackie‘s suit appears to feature longer red gloves and increased white details around the shoulders and goggles compared to the costume seen in Captain America: Brave New World.
One of the film’s biggest casting developments is the return of Downey Jr. to the MCU. After portraying Tony Stark throughout the Infinity Saga, Downey will return as Victor Von Doom, also known as Doctor Doom. The cast also includes Chris Hemsworth, Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Simu Liu, and Chris Evans, among others.
Avengers: Doomsday will open in theaters on December 18, with Avengers: Secret Wars scheduled to follow on December 17, 2027. Both films are part of the MCU’s Phase Six slate and will bring the Multiverse Saga to a close.
