The Duchess of Sussex has allegedly been trying to “shape the narrative” by sharing glimpses of their kids. However, it is reportedly not sitting well with the Duke of Sussex. Meghan Markle’s latest move is putting ‘pressure’ on Prince Harry, per source
Meghan Markle’s latest move on social media has allegedly been putting “pressure” on her husband, Prince Harry. The new post shared by the Duchess of Sussex on Instagram included a family photo of Princess Lilibet with her mom and dad. Another still showcased the little Princess admiring a flower while standing in a garden barefoot. Both photographs kept the Princess’ face obscure. The caption of the post read, “Our dream girl. Happy 5th birthday, Lili.”
As reported by Woman’s Day, a source told them that Prince Harry feels concerned about these photos. The person said that the Duke of Sussex “has always balked at the thought of putting his kids up on the internet.” The source continued, “At the start, it seemed like they were on the same page,” referring to the Sussex couple’s thoughts on the matter. The person then said, “It wasn’t until Meghan had her brand to promote that she suddenly made this push to share photos of the kids.” The source also claimed, “That has been a hard pill for Harry to swallow.”
In the meantime, per the news outlet, the obscure stills might be “fueling public curiosity” about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s kids’ faces. The insider further said to the news outlet, “Unfortunately, there is a huge demand from fans to see their faces.” The person continued, “And pressure is building on Harry to bend that rule.” The insider then said, “He is not happy about it, but his concerns are getting steamrolled.” The person continued, “Meghan’s argument is that they are living in the public eye regardless.” “So they might as well shape the narrative,” also added the insider.
