For years, fans online have joked that Rudd somehow refuses to age. That conversation resurfaced again this week after the actor appeared on a podcast.

During a May 27 appearance on The Therapist Podcast, host Jake Shane asked Paul Rudd the question many fans have wondered about for years: Why does he seem to age so slowly, and has he ever used Botox? The Marvel star responded with a laugh before giving a simple “no” when asked directly about cosmetic injections.
The conversation became even more playful when Sheen pointed at Rudd’s face and remarked that he did not appear to have “any crease.” The actor has always credited his appearance to a healthier routine and better sleep habits. In an earlier interview with Men’s Health, he shared that people constantly ask him for workout schedules, diet plans, and skincare secrets.
“People ask me, can you send me your meal plan. How many times per week do you work out? Do you drink? Do you eat carbs? Do you have a cheat day? “ Rudd said. As for his skincare routine, he has mostly stayed hush about it.
The actor has also joked about the topic before. Back in 2019, during a C2E2 Comic Con appearance in Chicago, Rudd poked fun at the endless ageless discussions surrounding him. “I’m 80 years old on the inside,” he joked. “In here, pure darkness, and a little moisturiser, he then added ( via Chicago Tribune).” The quote quickly became a fan favorite online and only added to the running internet joke about his seemingly unchanged appearance over the years.
Paul Rudd is now one of Marvel’s most famous stars thanks to his role as Scott Lang in the MCU. He is also confirmed as a major cast member in the upcoming Avengers: Doomsday.
