Adin Ross reportedly claimed that Drake would beat Kendrick Lamar in a boxing match. During a press conference for Ross’ Brand Risk event over the weekend, the 25-year-old declared that the Canadian rapper would beat Lamar in a contest. Fans are well versed with the beef between the two rappers and that Ross has always chosen to be on the Iceman hitmaker’s team.
Streamer states Drake can easily beat Kendrick Lamar
Adin Ross declared that Drake would easily “beat the f**k” out of Kendrick Lamar in the ring. Fans are aware that Ross shares a close bond with the Canadian rapper. The two have appeared on multiple livestreams before and have collaborated on entrepreneurial ventures as well. Not only that, Ross has shaded Lamar in the past on several occasions in the past because of his friendship and loyalty to Drake.
Notably, Drake also gave a shoutout to Ross on the Iceman album cut, “Make Them Pay.” The Canadian star rapped, “Dawg, I was aidin’ Ross with streams before Adin Ross had ever streamed” (via Complex). The streamer excitedly reacted, “What the f**k. Yo! Holy shit. What the f**k? I made it! … Chat, on my mom and dad’s life—on my sister’s, on everything, I didn’t know I was there. I swear to God, he never told me. That’s crazy.”
As per Ross, the 39-year-old rapper even shared some tracks from Iceman with the streamer before its official release to share them with a dying family member. Ross shared during a livestream, “I had a family member who passed. And they were waiting on Iceman. I had a chance before… Drake sent me songs, so I can, you know. So, Drake’s a real one for that, bro. Like, Drake had sent me songs, a while back, so what I’m saying is that at least that person could at least hear something, you know what I’m saying? Obviously, not knowing what would happen, but it was awesome.”
Notably, Drake released Iceman along with “Habibti” and “Maid of Honor,” marking his first major release since his beef with Lamar in 2024. Unsurprisingly, the album is doing exceptionally well on streaming platforms and music charts.
