Donald Trump’s Granddaughter Scores Major Win Against 26-Year-Old Man — Report

President Donald Trump‘s eldest granddaughter, Kai Trump, has reportedly been granted a restraining order against an alleged stalker. This marks the second stalking incident that the 19-year-old media personality and competitive golfer had to deal with.

Kai Trump reportedly wins restraining order against 26-year-old man

According to TMZ, Kai Trump has pleaded with a judge for a restraining order against an alleged stalker. The grandchild of Donald Trump filed the petition in the Palm Beach County Court. The stalker has been identified as a 26-year-old man named Gabriel Garza Jr.

In court, Trump said that the man is “homeless” and “lives in a car in area of Jupiter/Palm Beach County.” The court scheduled a hearing on April 30, but the golfer requested a postponement. She explained, “My last day of high school. I can’t leave until 3:00 pm. Please reschedule for the following Thursday.”

The judge granted Trump a temporary restraining order against Garza Jr. in April. As per TMZ, the order bars him from “stalking, cyberstalking, or committing any criminal offense resulting in physical injury or death.” It also restricts Garza Jr. from going within 500 feet of Trump’s residence or workplace.

On May 4, Trump, the eldest daughter of Vanessa Trump and Donald Trump Jr., announced that she will attend the University of Miami. The restraining order bans Garza Jr. from approaching her there as well. Furthermore, a new order prohibits Garza Jr. from attending any events where the influencer is present and requires him to surrender any firearms in his possession.

Trump has previously experienced similar scares involving stalkers. A 23-year-old man named Anthony Reyes was arrested in June 2025 after he scaled a wall at the president’s Mar-a-Lago estate. According to a report by NBC News, Reyes told the police that he wanted to “marry Kai” and “spread the gospel” to the POTUS.
