Donald Trump Jr. to wed on a small island in Bahamas

Donald Trump Jr. and his fiancée, Bettina Anderson, will reportedly tie the knot this weekend. The wedding is expected to take place on a small island in the Bahamas. According to two insider sources with direct knowledge of the plan, the ceremony will be intimate. Only the couple’s immediate family members and close friends are expected to attend.

Speaking with CNN, the sources also revealed that the guest list is deliberately kept small, totaling less than 50 people. According to the report, President Donald Trump is not expected to attend the nuptials.

One insider had previously stated that the POTUS may not be present at the wedding. According to the source, Donald Trump Jr. and Anderson wanted to keep the affair extremely private and avoid media attention. The source also cited security concerns. According to the insider, the couple wanted to ensure that guests would not be inconvenienced by the extensive security measures required if the president attended. Additionally, Trump’s public schedule also indicates that he will not be attending the ceremony.

Earlier this week, Page Six reported that Trump Jr. and Anderson will exchange vows over the Memorial Day weekend on a private island in the Bahamas. The wedding will take place five months after the couple announced their engagement at a White House event on December 15, 2025.

“I’m not usually at a loss for words, because I’m usually doing the ranting and raving really well,” Trump Jr. stated at the time. “I want to thank Bettina for that one word: ‘Yes,'” he added. Anderson gushed about the engagement, saying, “This has been the most unforgettable weekend. I get to marry the love of my life, and I feel like the luckiest girl in the world. Thank you.”
