Apple TV+ is continuing to expand its Peanuts lineup with several new announcements for fans of the iconic franchise. The streaming platform has officially revealed the release date for Camp Snoopy season 2. It also confirmed the debut of a new Snoopy special and the arrival of classic Peanuts titles later this summer.
Camp Snoopy Season 2 gets release date
Apple TV+ has officially announced that Camp Snoopy season 2 will premiere on June 26. The upcoming season will center on Snoopy and the Beagle Scouts as they spend their summer at Camp Spring Lake. According to ScreenRant, the new season is expected to follow the group through a series of outdoor adventures and camp activities. This includes wildlife searches, sandcastle building, and playful debates among the campers.
The series first debuted in 2024 and was renewed for a second season later that same year. Paige Braddock, Chris Bracco, Rob Boutilier, Josh Scherba, Stephanie Betts, and Logan McPherson are executive producers on the series. As of now, Apple has not yet confirmed how many episodes will be included in the second season.
Apple TV announces new Peanuts special and arrival dates of iconic Peanuts shows
Apple TV+ has announced a major expansion of its Peanuts lineup with the addition of a brand-new original special and two classic animated series arriving on the streaming platform this summer. The service confirmed that Snoopy Presents: There’s No Place Like Home, Snoopy will debut on July 31. Meanwhile, This Is America, Charlie Brown, and The Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show are scheduled to arrive on July 3 and July 10, respectively.
The new original special, Snoopy Presents: There’s No Place Like Home, Snoopy, will follow Charlie Brown as he searches for Snoopy’s doghouse after it is accidentally sold during a yard sale. The production features voice performances from Riley Vargas, Terry McGurrin, Rob Tinkler, Kitai O’Garro, Josephine Nisbett, Grace Nicolaou-Wood, and more.
