Former Chiefs player Mitch Morse has some kind words for the Chiefs’ current tight end, Travis Kelce. Morse revealed in a recent interview that he always knew that Kelce was destined for greatness. Notably, Morse served as a pro football center and played with Kelce from 2015 to 2018.
Mitch Morse can’t stop praising Travis Kelce
Mitch Morse declares Travis Kelce is a “brutally handsome dude” in a recent interview with TMZ Sports. Morse gushed, “I mean, charismatic, and talk about comforting eyes. My goodness, I see it. I mean, I know why Taylor did it, right? He’s a brutally handsome dude. He’s a good person. And what you see is what you get and then some.”
Morse explained how Kelce was just coming into his own and blossoming into a star. Kelce got a lucrative extension and made his first Pro Bowl in Morse’s first season, but it didn’t change him at all. Morse confessed that fans are curious if Kelce is actually like this or if this is simply a show. Morse explained, “I’m like, ‘No, he’s even cooler. He’s even sweeter. He’s even nicer. He takes the time.'”
Morse also revealed how Kelce had a good sense of humor and took jokes well. “[Travis] broke down the team during OTAs once during that time [when the show was on]. And we were busting his a**, right? In a jubilant way, a jovial way. And he broke it down and was like, ‘Make sure to catch my show on Thursday’…!”
For those unversed, before Travis Kelce got together with Taylor Swift, he sought love on a reality show called Catching Kelce. Notably, Kelce has a lot to look forward to. He recently renewed his contract with the Kansas City Chiefs.
Furthermore, he will wed his partner Swift in the summer. As per an exclusive report by Page Six, the couple will wed in New York City on July 3. Kelce and Swift have reportedly already distributed “save-the-date” cards among friends and family.
