President Donald Trump and podcaster Joe Rogan met at UFC 327, where the pair seemed to behave cordially with each other, despite Rogan going anti-Trump in the past months, especially after the Iran war. Trump arrived with Dana White in the event held at the Kesaya Center in Miami on Saturday.

President Donald Trump and Joe Rogan were all handshakes and smiles as they encountered each other at UFC 327. Trump arrived with Ultimate Fighting Championship CEO Dana White at the Kesaya Center in Miami for Saturday’s event, where he encountered Rogan.

Many noticed this interaction between Rogan and Trump, especially because of Rogan’s stance against Trump in recent months. Rogan, despite being part of a group that allegedly helped Trump get back to the office, has been very critical of the President lately. This is a rather recent development.
Among his anti-Trump comments, Rogan has claimed that the President started the ongoing war in Iran to distract the public from the controversial Epstein files.
“Look, the Epstein files comes out — we go to war with Iran. It’s a good way to get people to stop talking about certain things,” Rogan said last week on The Joe Rogan Experience. “You give them a new problem to think about.”
Rogan also suggested that Trump’s “Operation Epic Fury” could lead to the Third World War, and Trump, given his advanced age, has little to lose over this. “That’s spooky. That’s spooky. You’re making decisions for babies and children, and the future of the world, and you’ve only got 10, maybe 10 years left on Earth if everything goes great,” Rogan said in a podcast episode in March.
Rogan also previously called himself “politically homeless,” asserting that he was not affiliated to either of the parties.
