Argo star Ben Affleck, who finalized his divorce with pop icon Jennifer Lopez in 2025, has reportedly transferred his share of their Beverly Hills mansion to Lopez. The couple purchased the property in Beverly Hills for $60.85 million in June 2023 while they were still married.
TMZ, which cited court documents, reported that Affleck may have relinquished his share of the property without payment. The exact nature of the transfer remains unclear. The report stated that the documents reference a “transfer of property among spouses.”
Affleck and Lopez lived in the mansion for a limited time before moving out separately. The property spans approximately 38,000 square feet and includes 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, and a basketball court, among other features. The home was listed for sale within a year, with Lopez previously stating that she found the property was “too big for her.” Similarly, Affleck said he “never liked the house.”
Interestingly, the couple was still together, though there was public speculation about their relationship.
Since then, Affleck has purchased a home in the Pacific Palisades area to be closer to his children, whom he shares with Jennifer Garner. Lopez, meanwhile, purchased an $18 million home in Los Angeles the following March.
Before this development, the former couple had removed the mansion from the market, a move that drew attention at the time (via Page Six).
