Amber Rose makes a bold statement about ‘N-word’
Amber Rose recently made an appearance on an episode of Nick Cannon’s Big Drive series, where she made some bold claims. The television personality claimed during the discussion that White people should be allowed to use the “N-word,” citing that this could potentially lead to a decrease in violence.
Rose said, “White people should be able to say n***a.” She added, “Because when you really stop giving a fuck about stupid, dumbass fucking words, we’ll stop killing each other.”
Rose continued in her explanation, “You know if somebody says the hard ‘R’ and is pointing at you, is very different than rap lyrics, or just staying, ‘That’s my n***a,’” She further added, “We’re all smart enough to know what’s right and wrong, so why are we creating so much damage and meaning behind it?”
In another part of the same video, Cannon and Rose discussed politics and gave their respective thoughts about the Democratic and Republican parties. Rose suggested that the Democrats “don’t care about people of color and the Republicans do.” Cannon controversially compared the Democratic Party to the Ku Klux Klan.
“People don’t know that the Democrats are the party of the KKK. People don’t know that the Republicans are the party that freed the slaves,” Cannon said. He added, “I mean, both you and I have some conservative views…You’re just a little bit more outspoken than I am. And honestly, I don’t subscribe to either party. I rock with W. E. B. Du Bois, when he said there’s no such thing as two parties. It’s just one evil party with two different names.”
