For more than two decades, the Oscar winner worked with the U.N. refugee agency UNHCR. She also carried out more than 60 field missions. In 2014, Queen Elizabeth II made the “Lara Croft” star an honorary Dame for her campaign against sexual violence in war zones.
Meanwhile, the source claimed the duchess saw a personal overlap there. “Meghan loves the way Angelina operates and genuinely believes they’re cut from the same cloth,” the insider said. In turn, the report pointed to Markle’s own early activism.
