Raven-Symoné Lists Shia LaBeouf but ‘Not Miley’ on Disney Channel Mount Rushmore

Raven-Symoné recently shared her thoughts on the biggest stars in Disney Channel history. And she didn’t hold back. The actress named the four people she believes belong on the network’s Mount Rushmore.

Raven-Symoné lists her Mount Rushmore of Disney Channel stars

During a recent interview on Stepping Into the Shade Room with host Thembi Mawema, Raven-Symoné was asked about a debate many Disney Channel fans often have. The question focused on which stars deserve a place on the network’s Mount Rushmore.

Several names were mentioned during the conversation, including Hilary Duff, Shia LaBeouf, and Raven herself. When it came time to make her pick, Raven answered pretty quickly. “I would say me, Hilary, Shia,” she said.

“I would also put in” Before she could finish, Mawema jumped in with another suggestion. “Miley?” the host asked, referring to Miley Cyrus’s work in Hannah Montana. She chose someone she felt deserved recognition for helping shape the network early on.

She picked actor Lee Thompson Young. She said, “I would put in The Famous Jett Jackson. He is no longer with us, but he was the first Black show on Disney. So Lee Thompson Young played the famous Jett Jackson, and I believe he should be on Disney Rushmore. He definitely deserves a spot.”

Raven included herself, Hilary Duff, Shia LaBeouf, and Lee Thompson Young in her Disney Channel Mount Rushmore list. It featured four stars she believes represent the network. However, several other popular Disney Channel names did not make the list.

Many well-known stars were left out. These names include Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato, the Jonas Brothers, Zac Efron, Sabrina Carpenter, and more. They are also well-known Disney Channel stars.

However, Raven did not include them in her list. For now, they remain off her Mount Rushmore. Raven became one of the Disney Channel’s biggest stars through That’s So Raven. The show aired from 2003 to 2007.

She later returned to the role in Raven’s Home. She also appeared in other Disney projects like The Cheetah Girls, Kim Possible, and the Zenon films.
