Donald Trump voters slammed by Maren Morris
Maren Morris criticized voters who supported President Donald Trump in a TikTok video posted recently. She said, “I don’t have forgiveness for the triple Trumpers or any of the Trumpers,” and added, “You did vote for this.” Morris also called Trump a “dementia-ridden, diaper-clad, cornball, ex-TV host, bankrupt to f**k.”
The video circulated widely online and featured Morris criticizing the political choices of Trump supporters and media coverage. She said voters were “bamboozled” and described Fox News as “a propaganda machine of ‘Cocomelon’ brainrot for boomers.” The comments contributed to the post going viral on TikTok.
Morris continued the criticism in the same clip, saying, “This is literally the result of employing and voting for losers.” She also referenced former television host Pete Hegseth, stating, “And Pete Hegseth, oh my god, girl, his f**king alcoholic sideburns. You’re done.”
A December 2025 physician’s memo released by the White House stated that President Trump was in “excellent overall health.” Morris has frequently spoken publicly about politics and social issues and performed at the Democratic National Convention in 2024.
The Grammy Award-winning singer gained recognition for songs “The Middle” and “The Bones” and has actively advocated for LGBTQ+ rights, racial justice, and gender equality. She also criticized Donald Trump during both of his presidential terms while discussing those issues publicly.
In 2022, Morris publicly criticized Brittany Aldean, the wife of country artist Jason Aldean, and referred to her as “Insurrection Barbie.” The exchange drew significant media attention and became one of the most widely reported political disputes involving the singer.
In 2023, Morris announced that she would step away from country music. She told The Los Angeles Times, “After the Trump years, people’s biases were on full display,” adding that prejudice, including misogyny, racism, homophobia and transphobia were being publicly celebrated.
