Bill Clinton Claims Donald Trump Spoke of ‘Some Great Times’ With Jeffrey Epstein

Former President Bill Clinton has uncovered a dubious interaction he had with Donald Trump regarding the latter’s connection with convicted child sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Clinton, who served two Presidential terms in the White House between 1993 and 2001, revealed that the current President admitted to having had “some great times” with Epstein before allegedly ending his relationship with the late financier.

Bill Clinton says Donald Trump talked about Jeffrey Epstein

According to a recorded deposition of the veteran Democrat at the hands of the House of Representatives Oversight Committee, the POTUS had reportedly confessed to having reveled in the company of Jeffrey Epstein.

Talking to lawmakers under oath, Bill Clinton detailed a conversation he had with Donald Trump during a golf tournament in 2002 or 2003, long before the latter took office. The ex-Governor of Arkansas noted, “Somehow, he knew I had flown in Jeffrey Epstein’s aircraft. He said, ‘You know, we had some great times together over the years, but we fell out all because of a real estate deal'” (via Reuters).

Despite adding context to Trump’s links with Epstein, Clinton added that his discussion with the current US President did little to convince him of the Republican Party member’s involvement in the scandal.

During the deposition, Clinton also divulged that he came to know Epstein after his former Treasury Secretary Larry Summers introduced him to the financier. He supposedly told Clinton that Epstein was a donor who wanted to travel across the globe with the former Democratic President to establish a charitable AIDS foundation.

“I thought Mr. Epstein was an interesting man, but I didn’t think he was really interested in what I was doing,” Bill Clinton stated. Additionally, he noted that even though he accompanied Jeffrey Epstein on numerous trips, covering several destinations, he ultimately decided to. partner with a different set of donors after 2003.

Clinton also denied having had sexual contact with anyone introduced to him by Epstein or Ghislaine Maxwell, but admitted to having received a neck massage from a flight attendant. The female in question was later revealed to have been an abuse survivor in the Epstein case.
