In the video, Paul and West are shirtless as they follow Agdal’s instructions for lifting dumbbells and strengthening their shoulder muscles. Paul seems to be struggling with the workout as West yells, “Open your eyes, Logan.” The Impaulsive podcaster opens his eyes wide as he tries to follow his wife’s instructions to the letter. Towards the end, the men look exhausted as Agdal cheekily jokes, “Can we do more?”

In a later episode of the Impaulsive podcast, Paul doubled down on Brady’s comment by calling football “cute.” He also said, “If you put me and Tom Brady up athletically against one another in a majority of sports, I bet I’d be more athletic.”
