Halle Berry Makes NSFW Confession Regarding Her Sex Life

Halle Berry is keeping it real and very unfiltered. The Oscar-winning star recently opened up about her bedroom mindset during a candid podcast chat, revealing she no longer prioritizes her partner’s feelings over her own pleasure.

Halle Berry shares bold details regarding her sex life

Speaking during a preview of Sex With Emily, Halle Berry told host Emily Morse that she no longer fakes orgasms just to spare a partner’s feelings. Looking back, Berry said many women once felt pressure to act satisfied. She explained they often went along with it so men would feel confident. “We had to say that we did it so that he would feel good about himself,” Berry shared. That mindset, she said, doesn’t work for her anymore.

Berry stressed that she now prioritizes mutual pleasure. She said that both partners should feel equally satisfied. According to her, no one should leave the experience feeling shortchanged. “I’m like, ‘No, I cum first like you cum first to you.’ We both deserve to have this be a mutually enjoyable experience where we both can roll over and go to sleep because we feel good. Not one snoring and one looking… [like], ‘What the fuck am I doing?’”

The chat arrives as Berry celebrates her engagement to longtime partner Van Hunt. The couple has been together since April 2020 and previously said tying the knot was never a must for their relationship (via Complex). Berry was earlier married to David Justice, Eric Benét, and Olivier Martinez. She is also mom to two children, Nahla Ariela Aubry and Maceo-Robert Martinez.

The actress has carved out a versatile run in Hollywood, moving smoothly between action, drama, and superhero genres. She made history with Monster’s Ball, becoming the first Black woman to win the Academy Award for Best Actress. She later played Storm in the X-Men franchise and took the lead in Catwoman. Her résumé also packs crowd-pleasers like Die Another Day. Most recently, Berry was seen in Crime 101 alongside Mark Ruffalo and Chris Hemsworth.
