Sydney Sweeney Makes Big Business Decision With Ex After Split — Report

Almost a year after her split from ex-fiancé Jonathan Davino, Sydney Sweeney is reportedly also cutting off her professional ties with him. Sweeney and Davino began dating in 2018 and even made several public appearances. However, in March 2025, the couple called it quits. Later that year, they allegedly decided to dissolve their production company.

Sydney Sweeney reportedly cuts business ties with ex Jonathan Davino by dissolving production company

Sydney Sweeney first rose to fame in 2019 when she took up the role of Cassie Howard in HBO’s psychological drama, “Euphoria.” That same year, she also had a supporting role in Quentin Tarantino’s “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.” A year later, she started the production company, Fifty-Fifty Films LLC, with her then-boyfriend, Jonathan Davino.

Fifty-Fifty Films LLC produced her horror film, “Immaculate,” and her sleeper-hit romcom, “Anyone But You,” which also starred Glen Powell. TMZ recently reported that Sweeney dissolved the production company and is starting a new one with the same name. Sources have allegedly told the outlet that the actress paid Davino out, cutting off any ties he had with her. Official records stated that both Sydney and Davino were the production company’s managers in May 2025.

Sources have claimed that Davino had been telling people that he made Sweeney, but other sources close to the actress believe that he used her. Per reports, documents for the dissolution of Fifty-Fifty Films LLC were filed on December 12, 2025, in the State of California. A box was checked on the files, stating that all members had voted for the dissolution.

According to TMZ, in January 2026, Sweeney’s team filed paperwork for a new company, Fifty-Fifty Films Inc. The “Sharp Objects” actress will serve as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Secretary. Per the paperwork for this company, there is no room for other board members. Sweeney also launched her own lingerie and apparel line, SYRN, this year.
