Kris Jenner has filed a new declaration in her ongoing defamation lawsuit against her daughter Kim Kardashian‘s ex, Ray J. The socialite and mom of six slammed the singer for “publicly terrorizing” Kardashian in an effort to stay “relevant.”

Kris Jenner has rallied against Ray J for making “outrageous and untrue” allegations on his September 2025 X livestream. The singer claimed that federal authorities are investigating Jenner and her daughter, Kim Kardashian.
“To say that my daughter and I are being pursued for doing something worse than Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is a horrific lie,” Jenner penned in the declaration, as per TMZ. She added, “[o]ver the past two decades, I have had to watch [Ray J] publicly terrorize my daughter by continually talking, and lying, about her in the press to try and keep himself relevant.”
In the documentary TMZ Presents: United States v. Sean Combs: Inside the Diddy Trial, Ray J further alleged that “racketeering charges against the Kardashians would be appropriate.” Jenner strongly denied the claims, calling them “outrageous and untrue.” She added that it is “extremely difficult to watch my daughter endure this cycle of scrutiny brought on by [Ray J].”
Moreover, Jenner wrote that Ray J’s allegations have gone “too far.” She wrote that the “wave of attention” has caused “significant emotional distress” to Kardashian. “My family is of the utmost importance to me,” Jenner said. She added, “It is deeply painful to watch my daughter experience the stress brought upon her by [Ray J], and her feelings of hopelessness and his harassment will never end,” Jenner added.
The matriarch said that Ray J’s “inexcusable and deeply painful” allegations have taken a toll on her personally as well. She stated that she is “deeply angered, insulted, and shaken by the accusations.” Jenner also said, “I took this step because I could no longer bear [Ray J’s] campaign of harassment against my daughter and my family or to watch my daughter cry again over the lies he’s painted about us.”
Jenner’s statement comes just a week after Kim Kardashian filed her own declaration against Ray J. According to TMZ, the SKIMS founder said that she feels “fear” and “worry” about the accusations threatening her pursuit of a legal career.
