As they stood on a balcony overlooking the venue, the two were seen holding hands, whispering to each other, and sharing multiple kisses. The flirty outing comes amid a recent report suggesting that LaBeouf and Mia Goth have been separated for nearly a year.

In photos and videos obtained by TMZ, LaBeouf was papped getting cozy with a mystery brunette woman in a bar in New Orleans. They spent over 45 minutes together, wherein initially they appeared to be holding hands and enjoying the party vibe around them.
There was also a moment when the woman kept her hands on LaBeouf’s chest, and he told her something in her ear before sharing a kiss. Their romantic night continued as the duo consistently continued their private whispers, stood close, and engaged in PDA. A source told the outlet that LaBeouf was drunk and appeared a bit “tipsy,” but overall was in “great spirits.”
This hangout comes in light of LaBeouf’s recent arrest and also reports surrounding his separation from Goth, which happened nearly a year ago. Recently, he was arrested for over two counts of battery, following his alleged violent altercation with two men at the Royal Street Inn & R Bar near the historic French Quarter. One of the alleged victims also told the authorities that he tried to threaten him, and when asked to leave the premises, he refused. As he was arrested, he appeared to be saying a homophobic slur, looking at the camera, as captured by the alleged victim. While LaBeouf refused to accept any claims against him, he was later released without bond.
Amid his latest run-in with the law, a source told TMZ that Goth is “concerned” about her estranged husband, with whom she shares a daughter named Isabel. Her worries emerged as he was arrested over charges of alleged assault. They further revealed that despite their split, the duo remains in touch for the sake of their shared child.
