HBO recently dropped a sizzle reel of behind-the-scenes clips from Euphoria Season 3. Captioned, “A few years after high school,” it shows Sydney Sweeney in Cassie’s bunny outfit, striking a bunny pose and facial expression before licking the camera lens.

Meanwhile, other clips show Zendaya and Hunter Schafer smiling, Schafer getting her makeup done, Maude Apatow turning around in style, Alexa Demie giving a flying kiss, Jacob Elordi reading a script, and Zendaya sitting in a chair and making a calm yet goofy facial expression.

Euphoria Season 3 premieres on HBO Max on April 12, 2026. The first official trailer was released on January 14, 2026. It offers a glimpse at where the characters will be by the time viewers reconnect with them. For instance, Rue is in trouble with a drug dealer, Laurie, to whom she owes money. Meanwhile, Nate and Cassie, who formed an intense relationship in Season 2, are engaged to be married. However, their relationship is facing some problems, primarily due to Cassie’s career as an online content creator.

According to Colman Domingo, who plays Ali Muhammed in the series, Season 3 will be more cinematic. Speaking to Deadline on the Golden Globes’ carpet, he said, “We’re gonna have a devastatingly gorgeous, epic season that I think is breaking the mold of television. I think it’s gonna become more cinema than television.”

Showrunner Sam Levinson teased in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter that “the stakes” for the main cast will be “a bit higher” in Season 3 as they are away from “the safety net of school.”
