Nicole Kidman’s Dating Rumors ‘Hit a Nerve’ With Keith Urban — Source

MGM Resorts chairman Paul Salem is reportedly interested in dating Nicole Kidman, but this chatter has reportedly gotten under Keith Urban’s skin. Kidman and Urban finalized their divorce in January after 19 years of marriage. Though their split may have stayed polite on paper, sources reportedly suggest the headlines have brought back feelings Urban has not fully seemed to have gotten rid of.

Keith Urban is ‘raging at the idea of Nicole Kidman being linked to anyone so quickly,’ per source

Radar Online exclusively reported that MGM Resorts chairman Paul Salem has expressed interest in dating Nicole Kidman. But this rumor is reportedly not sitting well with Keith Urban. Sources told the outlet that Kidman and Salem share mutual friends and have met twice in group settings. Still, they have not spent time together privately and are not currently dating.

Sources claimed that Kidman is not interested in a new relationship right now anyway. However, even with that, Urban reportedly does not love seeing her tied to anyone so soon.

A source close to Urban claimed, “Keith is raging at the idea of Nicole being linked to anyone so quickly, and the fact he is an older, distinguished multi-millionaire is only fueling that anger and jealousy at the prospect of them getting together.”

The insider added, “Even though the divorce was amicable on paper, it’s still raw for him. Seeing her name connected to a powerful, wealthy executive has hit a nerve.”

Another source claimed, “Keith knew the day when Nicole decided to move on would come, but he didn’t expect speculation about her love life to begin so soon after their divorce was finalized.” Moreover, “He feels protective of his family and doesn’t like the circus that comes with these kinds of romance rumors.”

Kidman and Urban share two daughters, Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret. As for Salem, Radar Online reported that he became MGM Resorts chairman in 2020 and got divorced in 2021.
