Moretz’s celebration posts included a cozy selfie with her wife, Kate Harrison. It featured pastries, a glimpse of their special dinner, and a bouquet. She also showed off golden “Happy Birthday” balloons.
Moretz and Harrison have been together for several years. Their romance came into the spotlight in December 2018. TMZ first spotted them on a dinner date in Malibu. Moretz finally tied the knot over Labor Day weekend in 2025. She wore a stunning pale blue gown and told Vogue, “When we got engaged, I knew immediately that I wanted to reach out to Nicolas [Ghesquière] and Louis Vuitton Not only would he be willing to make my wedding dress, but he also wanted to include Kate in that—and to make both of [our] wedding dresses and our after-party looks.”
Meanwhile, on her big day, Harrison wore a white sweetheart gown. She said, “The thing I’m most excited for other than being married is that first-look moment.”
