The Tesla CEO, who originally had plans to build on Mars but now seems to have pivoted, made a poop joke on Bezos’s post.
“Turtle heading?” he wrote on the post and later added, “When it’s coming out slowly, but ferociously.”
Bezos did not respond to the comments and did not explain the picture either. But the tortoise has been a significant motif of Bezos’s company. The CEO previously explained the crest, saying, “We believe slow is smooth, and smooth is fast, and we have to do everything one step at a time. Building a flying vehicle, you can’t cut any corners.”
