The former Michigan tight end is part of the close-knit tight end circle formed through Tight End University, the Nashville-based camp run by Travis Kelce with help from 49ers standout George Kittle and retired NFL vet Greg Olsen.
On the field, Barner showed up in a big way for Seattle. He hauled in four passes for 54 yards and made the night’s first splash by scoring on a 16-yard catch from Sam Darnold early in the fourth quarter.
After the win, Barner took to Instagram to soak it all in, posting, “PREPARATION AND OPPORTUNITY ?♂️ – Blessed to be a Seahawk #12s #SBLX.”
Kelce didn’t take long to show love, hopping into the comments section with a simple but excited, “Congrats big dawg!!!” Now that Super Bowl LX is in the books, the spotlight shifts to what’s next.
