Stefon Diggs & Cardi B Instagram Unfollow Rumors Swirl Post Super Bowl

The New England Patriots’ Super Bowl LX loss wasn’t the only moment that set social media buzzing. Shortly after the final whistle, fans noticed a sudden change in Stefon Diggs and Cardi B’s online behavior, sparking fresh relationship speculation. A viral post claiming the two unfollowed each other on Instagram sent rumor mills into overdrive, turning a tough night on the field into a much bigger off-field talking point.

Stefon Diggs and Cardi B Instagram unfollow rumors fueled post Super Bowl

Screenshots making the rounds on X suggest that Diggs and the “I Like It” star may have hit the unfollow button on each other right after the Patriots lost to the Seattle Seahawks. The post spread fast, raking in over 285,000 views at the time of writing, and instantly sparking breakup chatter. So far, neither Diggs nor Cardi B has commented.

What really caught people’s attention was the timing. The two had been openly backing each other all season. Diggs and Cardi B have been connected since her split from Offset in 2024 and went public with their romance last May after being spotted together at a Knicks vs. Celtics game in New York. Cardi B was a regular at Patriots games, loudly supporting Diggs, and later made waves by announcing her pregnancy in September. They welcomed their first child together in November.

Heading into the Super Bowl, Diggs even teased that something big could be on the horizon personally. Asked if a Patriots win might lead to a proposal, he hinted it “might be on the agenda.” That fairytale ending never happened. On the field, Diggs had a fairly low-key night, pulling in just three catches for 37 yards on three targets.

Off the turf, the spotlight shifted fast. Cardi B was seen having a great time during Bad Bunny’s halftime show, while Diggs found himself in the middle of extra drama. A report from The U.S. Sun claimed there was some tension between Cardi B and other Patriots players’ partners, with unnamed sources saying she had trouble fitting in. On top of that, Diggs is due in court because of an assault case filed by his former chef.
