Bad Bunny Gains Katy Perry & JLo’s Support Before Super Bowl Performance

Katy Perry and Jenifer Lopez supported Bad Bunny ahead of his Super Bowl 2026 performance. The stars posted their wishes on social media for Bunny, who recently performed at Apple Music’s Super Bowl Halftime Show during the Patriots-Seahawks game, and left his fans mesmerized with his performance.

During halftime of the matchup between the Seattle Seahawks and the New England Patriots, Puerto Rican star Bad Bunny delivered a scintillating performance at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California. And pop icons, Katy Perry and Jenifer Lopez, made sure to support the singer ahead of his performance. 

JLo shared several photos from her Super Bowl performance with a heartfelt caption in Spanish and English, saying, …”sending you all the love, positivity and the biggest hug in the world! We are all behind you tonight. I know that you are going to kill it! I am here with you the way you were there with me!”

Even the “Roar” singer echoed the same thoughts and mentioned, “you got this @sanbenito remind the world what the real American dream looks like.”

JLo has been supporting Bunny’s ever since he was announced as this year’s Super Bowl Halftime Show headliner in September. While speaking about the rapper, the pop star told CBS Mornings that “Music and art transcends language. It doesn’t matter. He’s done that probably more than anybody of any generation.”

She even believed that with his performance on the “biggest stage,” many people would “get exposed to him who don’t know him.” JLo even said he is going to “blow everybody’s mind” with his performance.

“I’m so excited for him. I was excited when he performed with us at the Super Bowl and I’m excited to see what he does. He puts on a great show. He’s an amazing entertainer,” Lopez said, per PEOPLE. And Bunny made sure to give an electric performance on the show. He opened his performance with his 2022 hit “Tití Me Preguntó.”

As per CBS News, the “King of Latin Trap” also performed other songs from his latest album, including “EoO” and “NUEVAYoL,” leaving the fans spellbound with the show.
