According to Daily Mail, the SKIMS founder calls the Formula One driver her “Russell Wilson.” For those unversed, the beloved NFL star Wilson is married to singer Ciara, who previously dated rapper Future.
Kardashian has likened her situation to singer Ciara’s and views Hamilton as a “sophisticated upgrade” from West. Interestingly, those closest to the SKIMS founder have been using this cheeky nickname for Hamilton. Kardashian and Hamilton haven’t gone public with their romance and are keeping things low-key.
Interestingly, the pair have actually known each other for over a decade. The pair were first pictured together in 2014 with their then partners, West and Nicole Scherzinger, at the GQ Men of the Year Awards in London. Although their relationships with their respective partners ended, Kardashian and Hamilton maintained their friendship.
As per The Daily Mail, the beauty mogul’s mother, Kris Jenner, is reportedly fond of Hamilton and frequently reached out to him, expressing her pride over his achievements. However, the 41-year-old F1 racer isn’t interested in being viewed as a power couple with the SKIMS founder or being a stepfather to her children with West.
The source added, “Lewis has been friends with the family for a long time and enjoys being around the family and their entrepreneurial ways. But Lewis isn’t looking to be a stepdad, not looking to be the ‘it’ couple with Kim.”
However, that hasn’t stopped him from being a supportive friend to the All’s Fair star, who has publicly discussed her complex co-parenting woes with West. A second insider dished, “Lewis has a very calm spirit, and he has been there for Kim through her complex co-parenting situation with Kanye.”
