Savannah Guthrie missed the Today show after her mother went missing. The host took to Instagram to ask for prayers for her mom’s well-being. She wrote, “we believe in prayer. we believe in voices raised in unison, in love, in hope.” She added, “we believe in goodness. we believe in humanity. above all, we believe in Him.”

The news host ended the post exclaiming, “‘He will keep in perfect peace those whose hearts are steadfast, trusting in the Lord,’ a verse of Isaiah for all time for all of us. Bring her home.”

In no time, Guthrie’s comment section was filled with prayers from celebrities.
