Avengers: Doomsday Report Reveals Steve’s Shocking Earth

A new Avengers: Doomsday rumor about Steve Rogers‘ role in the film has surfaced, suggesting that he is inhabiting the same Earth as a particular superhero team. Chris Evans’s iconic hero’s involvement in the film was confirmed by the first character teaser, released last month. The footage offered a glimpse at what he has been up to following the events of Avengers: Endgame.

Avengers: Doomsday rumor hints Steve is on Earth-828

According to a recent rumor, Steve Rogers is residing on the same Earth as the Fantastic Four, Earth-828, in Avengers: Doomsday.

MyTimeToShineHello first claimed that Steve Rogers, Doctor Doom, and the Fantastic Four — who have a plan to tackle the incursions’ threat — would travel to Earth-616 or the MCU, warn the heroes about the incursions, and head to the X-Men universe to stop an incursion that would destroy their Earth.

On the latest episode of The Hot Mic podcast, John Rocha, citing a source, also told Jeff Sneider that Doctor Doom and the Fantastic Four would ask Steve Rogers to come with them to Earth-616 to gain the trust of the heroes there. He added that this interaction was supposedly planned for The Fantastic Four: First Steps’ post-credits scene, but was removed. Rocha speculated that this scene would be part of Doomsday and said that it seemed “logical” to him.

Upon listening, Sneider asked if Rocha got his information from an anonymous source. To this, the latter responded that his source wasn’t anonymous and that they had been interacting for a while.

Sneider then revealed the information he got from his source, saying it contradicted Rocha’s. The industry insider, citing his source, said that Steve has been living on the Fantastic Four’s Earth. He added that Loki transported Steve and his family there as the Time Variance Authority was pruning Steve’s timeline.

Thus, based on both Rocha and Sneider’s information, Steve, the Fantastic Four, and Doctor Doom could be on the ship that arrived at Earth-616 during the post-credits scene for Thunderbolts*.

Avengers: Doomsday premieres on December 18, 2026. Anthony and Joe Russo directed the film from Michael Waldron and Stephen McFeely’s screenplay. The Russos also co-produced the film with Marvel Studios.
