With the eviction date from the Royal Lodge soon approaching, Sarah Ferguson is concerned about her future. And if sources are to be believed, the British author is on a “knife edge,” over the uncertainty of her future after moving out, and has been bursting into tears daily.
Sarah Ferguson at a loss as eviction clouds her future, says source
Sarah Ferguson and her ex-husband, former Prince Andrew, are set to vacate their Royal Lodge, a rent-free property in Windsor, on January 30. While a source is reportedly stating that Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor will “probably have to live in Sandringham House until Marsh Farm is finished,” his former wife is at a loss as her future hangs in the balance since both will be going their separate ways post eviction.
The source even told Daily Mail that Ferguson’s friends are worried about her well-being. The former Duchess of Yorkrecently told her friends that the withdrawal of royal accommodation and titles was “not good for my mental health.” She confided in them, saying, “They are out for blood in every way.”
“She’s on a knife edge and bursting out crying several times a day. She’s really not sure what the future holds,” said another source close to Ferguson.
While many places have been suggested before, it is still unclear where Ferguson will live after exiting from the Royal Lodge. Some reports have suggested that she will move to her younger daughter Princess Eugenie’s £3.6 million mansion in Portugal.
Eugenie and her husband, Jack Brooksbank, have reportedly prepared a “grand suite” in their villa. As per Daily Mail, even a neighbor has said that “the word here is that Fergie will be arriving sometime in January.”
The “luxury resort community,” known as CostaTerra Golf and Ocean Club, is apparently home to many renowned celebrities. Fergie’s new neighbors include Nicole Kidman, Alicia Vikander, Madonna, Scarlett Johansson, and Michael Fassbender.
