The influencer has filed a motion requesting the dismissal in its entirety of the invasion of privacy and unjust enrichment lawsuit brought by Matt Kalil. According to court papers obtained by Page Six, Baylee claims Kalil is attempting to punish her for sharing an autobiographical account of sexual trauma that led to the end of their marriage.

Baylee explained in the filing that she appeared in a November 2025 livestream interview with content creator Marlon Garcia, where she spoke “extensively and candidly” about her marriage to Kalil. She described the relationship as a “loving union that was ultimately hindered by an unfortunate physical incompatibility.” Adding, “far from disparaging the Plaintiff, Defendant repeatedly praised his character and the quality of their marriage throughout the interview,” the documents continue, noting that she described him as “the greatest guy in the world.”

The former beauty pageant titleholder further argued that the couple divorced over a “specific anatomical incompatibility that rendered a normal sexual relationship impossible” and said they made “desperate, years-long efforts to overcome this physical barrier and save their marriage.” So, her motion claims Kalil’s lawsuit ignores the broader context of her statements and instead focuses only on remarks about his genital size.

Baylee asserted that her comments addressed a matter of public concern, adding that speaking in a public forum reflected “an intent to reach a broad public audience.” She further argued that courts have long held celebrity relationships to be matters of public concern and that a “later withdrawal from public life” does not retroactively make those details private. She cited the First Amendment.

Ultimately, the 33-year-old requested, “The motion to dismiss should be granted.” Matt Kalil’s attorney, Ryan Saba of Rosen Saba LLP, disputed those claims.
