Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt are barely a month into parenthood, but the couple is already discussing what might come next, including marriage and possibly a second child. Speaking exclusively to Us Weekly while promoting Sonic Drive-In’s Break Up With Your Burger campaign, the comedian shared that expanding their family is very much on their minds.

Pete Davidson and his girlfriend, Elsie Hewitt, have already mapped out how the future looks for them. In an interview with Us Weekly, the former “SNL” star shared his plans for a second child. “We want her to have a friend, for sure. We love the idea of her being a big sister,” he said of their newborn daughter, Scottie.
Hewitt welcomed baby Scottie in December 2025, and she admitted that motherhood has shifted her thinking faster than she expected. “I didn’t think I would already think about having another one,” she told the publication. “The idea of that sounds absolutely insane right now… The process of giving birth is so insane, but so empowering once it happens. Just having this little thing, I really can’t explain how incredible the whole thing is.”
She added that watching how quickly babies grow has made her surprisingly open to the idea of doing it all again. “They’re so tiny when they come out, and they grow so fast. It’s crazy,” she said. “The idea of making another one and making a sibling is something I’ve already been like, ‘I want to do it again.’”
Although the couple isn’t rushing into major decisions, they aren’t closing any doors either. Davidson’s current focus remains on navigating life with a newborn. “I think, obviously, we talk about next steps and all that stuff,” he explained. “But right now, we’re just, like, let’s get this routine with this baby down… The first three months of the baby is, you’re just keeping her alive. We’re already, like, we’re gonna have another one.”
When asked directly about marriage or growing their family even more, Davidson responded with a grin, “Yeah, we’ll do all that stuff.”
