Sydney Sweeney’s Lingerie Stunt at Hollywood Sign Was Without Permission – Report

Sydney Sweeney has pulled off a massive stunt ahead of her lingerie brand’s launch, but the stunt could spell potential trouble as the Anyone, But You star reportedly accessed and used the iconic Hollywood sign without proper permissions. Sweeney climbed the iconic Hollywood Sign and laced it with bras from her upcoming brand, Syrn, according to TMZ.

Sydney Sweeney reportedly didn’t have permission for Hollywood sign stunt

TMZ has reported that Sydney Sweeney snuck up an L.A. mountain a few days ago and climbed the iconic Hollywood sign. There, the 28-year-old star and her crew laced the iconic sign with bras from Sweeney’s upcoming brand, Syrn.

TMZ obtained a video of the actress scaling the sign. The actress even posted a video about this on her social media profile. TMZ reveals that sources have said this was a promotion for her upcoming lingerie brand. The publication also reveals that Jeff Bezos is an investor in the company. This means that extreme hardcore stunts are not out of the question for the new brand.

Sweeney reportedly got a permit to shoot the Hollywood Sign from FilmLA, but she did not have permission to touch or climb the sign itself. TMZ further obtained an email from the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce. It owns the Hollywood Sign, which states that she could not use the video footage without permission from the Chamber.

The bras were reportedly taken down after the shoot. Moreover, there has been no further development surrounding this.

In the new video posted on Instagram by the Christy star, Sydney and her crew can be seen sneaking up an L.A. mountainside to the Hollywood Sign in the darkness of the night. The video further shows Sweeney and her team putting up the bras on the Hollywood sign.

Fans seemed quite amazed by the video and made their feelings clear in the comment section of the post.
