2 Seasons of Beloved Police Show Are Leaving Netflix

Two seasons of a widely popular sitcom series are departing Netflix real soon, thus giving subscribers only a limited time to watch them. Brooklyn Nine-Nine Seasons 3 and 4 are among the many television titles leaving the streaming giant next month. Dan Goor and Michael Schur co-created the series. Meanwhile, Andy Samberg, Stephanie Beatriz, Terry Crews, Melissa Fumero, Joe Lo Truglio, Chelsea Peretti, and Andre Braugher make up the main cast.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine Seasons 3 and 4 to leave Netflix

Brooklyn Nine-Nine Seasons 3 and 4 are leaving Netflix on February 26, 2026, as per What’s on Netflix. Accordingly, subscribers have a month to catch both seasons before their scheduled departure.

Season 3 aired on Fox between 2015 and 2016, while Season 4 aired on the network between 2016 and 2017.

Set within the fictional 99th precinct of the New York City Police Department, Brooklyn Nine-Nine follows several detectives. They work under Raymond Holt, an intelligent and serious police officer assigned as their commanding officer at the start of the series.

In Season 3, Jake and Amy begin a serious relationship after sharing a kiss at the end of the previous season. Meanwhile, Charles starts dating art curator Genevieve while Terry and his wife welcome their third daughter, Ava, on Thanksgiving. Elsewhere, Rosa and Marcus break up, following which the former dates and gets engaged to an undercover cop, Adrian Pimento. However, Pimento goes into hiding after Jimmy “The Butcher” Figgis tries to assassinate him via an FBI informant. Amy later learns through undercover work that the informant is Holt’s former partner, Bob Annderson. Using Bob’s knowledge after capturing him, they dismantle Figgis’ criminal empire. Figgis later threatens Jake and Holt, leading to the latter two entering witness protection in Florida.

Season 4 picks up from where Season 3 left off. Jake and Holt are in witness protection in Florida until Nine-Nine helps them stop Figgis. Consequently, the Nine-Nine are placed on night shift as punishment. However, they return to the day shift following Captain Jason “C.J.” Stanley’s transfer from active duty for his incompetence. Meanwhile, Adrian and Rosa resume their relationship but call off their wedding, realizing they both want to know each other. Elsewhere, Gina saves the Nine-Nine precinct from shutting down and becomes pregnant.

Also in the season, Hawkins, a dirty cop, frames Jake and Rosa for a bank robbery. Unfortunately, they are found guilty and sentenced to prison for that.
