Beckham Family Gather To Support Victoria Amid Son Brooklyn’s Claims

Victoria Beckham publicly celebrated her family’s support as she received a major honor in Paris, just days after son Brooklyn Peltz Beckham made explosive claims about an alleged ongoing family rift.

Victoria Beckham was honored during Paris Fashion Week on January 26, when the French Ministry of Culture named her a Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters. The designer attended the ceremony alongside her husband, David Beckham, their daughter Harper, and sons Cruz and Romeo.

The recognition was a major career milestone for Victoria, who used the moment to acknowledge both her professional journey and her family’s role in it. In an Instagram carousel shared after the event, she said she was “honored” to receive the award and praised France’s approach to fashion as art.

“I have always deeply admired the French aesthetic and the seriousness with which it treats fashion: as a form of art,” she wrote. “So to be recognized here and embraced in this way, is a profound privilege — one that reflects decades of commitment and dedication.”

She also thanked French Minister of Culture Rachida Dati and concluded by crediting her loved ones, calling David her “husband, and original investor,” and adding, “I couldn’t be more grateful, you are my everything xx.”

Victoria’s Paris appearance came one week after Brooklyn Peltz Beckham shared a series of Instagram Stories addressing his strained relationship with the Beckham family. In his statement, he accused his parents of control and alleged mistreatment of his wife, Nicola Peltz Beckham.

“The narrative that my wife controls me is completely backwards,” Brooklyn wrote, adding that stepping away from his family had eased years of anxiety. He also stated, “I do not want to reconcile with my family. I’m not being controlled, I’m standing up for myself for the first time in my life.” Since then, only David Beckham has indirectly addressed the situation.
