Ex-Prince Andrew’s ‘Less Luxurious’ New Home Not Yet ‘Habitable’ — Source

Ex-Prince Andrews new home is reportedly “less luxurious” and yet to be “habitable.” The news came after the renovation work at his new house, a farmhouse at Sandringham, allegedly began. Back in October, King Charles’ younger brother had to return his tenancy agreement for Royal Lodge on the Windsor Estate. It happened after he lost his royal titles due to his scandalous past.

Ex-Prince Andrew’s new home, the Marsh Farm on the King’s Norfolk estate at Sandringham, is reportedly not that “luxurious” and needs a lot of repairs. As reported by The Sun, a source stated that “The snow or rain hasn’t delayed the work on Marsh Farm, but it still needs a lot of attention to make it habitable.” They continued, “But one thing for sure is that it is a lot, lot smaller and less luxurious than Royal Lodge.”

Meanwhile, according to the news outlet, workers have built six-foot wooden fences all around Ex-Prince Andrew’s new home, the Marsh Farm, which is quite run-down, to make it private and secure. Workers have reportedly begun renovations inside the under-repair farmhouse.

The place has allegedly been empty for years. Per the news outlet, a digger was on the front lawn, and electricians were working hard to make the place habitable. Extra security, such as CCTV cameras, was installed, and new doors were prepared for installation at the farmhouse.

In the meantime, insiders have said that the 65-year-old will stay in a smaller property at Sandringham before moving into the new home until Easter. Sources also noted that the farmhouse and its surrounding areas previously belonged to a tenant farmer. The person reportedly passed away earlier. The place has allegedly been empty for years.
