RFK Jr. Doesn’t Know How Donald Trump Is ‘Alive’ Amid Bad Diet

U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr., aka RFK Jr., expressed utter bafflement at President Donald Trump’s vitality, given his famously indulgent dietary habits. The latter’s diet has long been a topic of public curiosity.

RFK Jr. comments on Donald Trump’s health and diet

Appearing on Katie Miller’s podcast on January 13, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. shared behind-the-scenes stories about President Donald Trump and life inside the Cabinet. Kennedy didn’t sugarcoat Trump’s food preferences, telling listeners, “He eats really bad food, which is McDonald’s, and candy and Diet Coke. But he drinks Diet Coke at all times.”

Still, Kennedy seemed more impressed than alarmed. He followed that comment with a dramatic comparison, saying Trump “has the constitution of a deity.” He then added, “I don’t know how he’s alive. He’s just pumping himself full of poison all day long.”

According to Kennedy, Trump’s eating habits depend heavily on where he is. While traveling, the president reportedly sticks to meals from renowned food chains because he “trusts it and he doesn’t want to get sick.” However, he claimed that when Trump is back at Mar-a-Lago or the White House, “he’s eating really good food.”

Adding to that, RFK Jr. also spoke about Trump’s overall fitness. “He’s got- he’s in incredible health,” he said, claiming that Dr. Oz reviewed Trump’s medical records and noted unusually high testosterone levels for someone over 70. “I know the president will be happy that I’ll repeat that,” Kennedy joked, prompting laughter from host Katie Miller.

The White House quickly leaned into the more flattering side of Kennedy’s comments. Spokesman Kush Desai responded in a statement to People, saying, “Secretary Kennedy is right: as his golf championships and flawless physical report results indicate, President Trump has the constitution and energy levels most young people could only dream of having.”
