Ashley Tisdale Fought Over Text Response Time — Source

Ashley Tisdale has become the talk of the town ever since she published her essay on “toxic” mom group online. While she stated the “high school” behaviour among the moms as her reason for exiting the former group chat, sources have now told a different story for her leaving the group, which reportedly consists of Mandy Moore, Hilary Duff, Meghan Trainor, and other moms as the members.

Ashley Tisdale would thrive on chaos, claims source

Ashley Tisdale’s candid essay about the “toxic” and “mean” mom group for New York Magazine’s The Cut has created quite a stir. While she claimed she quit the group as she felt left out and was no longer able to bear the “high school” behaviour of the mom friends in the chat, sources have now said that the actor has been difficult to deal with for years, as she would fight over small things.

“Ashley will start a fight over who brought the wrong snack to a lunch, or who responded too slowly in the chat,” one insider told Rob Shuter. “It’s relentless.” The tipster added that while “Hilary tries to smooth things over, but Ashley thrives on chaos.” And that’s not all. Things got heated up during vacation and Zoom calls as the mom of two would “show up late, leave early, and then post passive-aggressive memes about everyone else’s parenting.” Another mom confided, “It’s like living in a reality show, except nobody signed up for the drama.”

And while the sources told the other side of the story, Duff’s husband, Matthew Koma, also slammed the former Disney star on social media. He posted a mock The Cut cover of himself, with a headline that read, “A mom group tell all through a father’s eyes: When You’re the Most Self-Obsessed Tone Deaf Person on Earth, Other Moms Tend to Shift Focus To Their Actual Toddlers.”

Talking about Koma’s action, a tipster revealed to Page Six that “Matthew gave her what she had coming.” They are adding that the “High School Musical” star’s breakup from the group “has been a long time coming.”
