While the latter has walked the runway for the renowned brand multiple times, the Rhode founder has not, but has appeared in several commercials. Interestingly, they share a common pose for the company’s campaign. Recently, Victoria’s Secret teased their Valentine’s Day ad with Bieber as their model.
In the mini clip, she is seen sitting in the last drawer of an ornate wooden dresser. Wearing pink lingerie with black polka dots, the businesswoman crouches forward to apply nail polish on her toenails. She has her hair styled in a ponytail with a drop earring, adding charm to her side profile.
As the video begins, Bieber is painting her toenails while the camera slowly zooms in. She turns for some time to look at the lens before getting back to her task. From the setting to the pose, Page Six highlighted that it was the recreation of Victoria’s Secret’s Spring 2001 shoot. It featured Bundchen in the same exact position, but the advertisement was for the brand’s fragrance, “Think Pink.”
In the old catalog photo, the 45-year-old bombshell was wearing pink glossy lingerie. She is also using nail paint like Bieber while sitting in the lower drawer of a wooden dresser. Both images have a vase of pink roses placed on the surface of the furniture.
Since VS uploaded the clip on Instagram, the post has garnered over 291K likes. Online users have noticed the resemblance and wrote, “I love Hailey. It’s a recreation of a famous 2001 Gisele VS photoshoot.”
