Former NFL pro Matt Kalil is reportedly suing his ex-wife, model and influencer, Haley Kalil, for saying that his penis size resulted in their divorce. The influencer, as earlier claimed, said that the players’ large penis size was “the biggest factor” in their 2022 divorce during an appearance on Twitch late last year.

Former NFL pro Matt Kalil is reportedly suing his ex-wife, Haley Kalil, for her comment on his penis size. She spoke about it during an appearance on Twitch in November 2025.
Now, as per TMZ, in the lawsuit filed on Tuesday, the former Carolina Panther star says the former Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model’s comments have led to “unwanted attention and invasive commentary from the public.”
Additionally, he stated that, as a result, his family members have also been deeply affected, especially his now-wife, Keilani Asmus.
Kalil said that not only has his family “been forced to endure the ongoing public circulation of these degrading and deeply personal statements,” but his wife also has been receiving messages that became “increasingly frequent, disturbing, and alarming in nature over time.”
Thus, the former professional athlete is now suing his 33-year-old ex-wife for invasion of privacy as it disclosed “highly intimate and private facts regarding Plaintiff’s physical person and sexual life.”
And since the influencer “received substantial financial benefit, increased viewership, increased engagement, and monetization through various social media platforms and media coverage,” the former football player will also reportedly sue her for unjust enrichment.
According to the outlet, Matt Kalil is now requesting a jury trial. He is also seeking damages “on all causes asserted in the complaint,” with the amount exceeding $75,000.
Speaking about the lawsuit, in a statement to the outlet, Haley said she is “genuinely shocked and incredibly hurt” by her ex-husband’s lawsuit. “Litigation is a harrowing and emotionally draining experience, and I am heartbroken that he is choosing to subject us and our families to this ordeal.”
