Recently, Ishowspeed announced to his viewers that he is set to do a safari stream when he arrives for his tour in Kenya, Africa. During this time, Speed encountered a close call that almost saved his life.

IShowSpeed’s Africa tour took an unexpected turn when a clip surfaced showing the streamer being chased by a lion, instantly setting social media ablaze. The brief moment, captured on camera, spread rapidly across platforms, with viewers stunned by how quickly the situation escalated.

While the encounter was short-lived, it was enough to spark widespread concern among fans watching in real time. The incident began when Speed almost got attacked by a Lion at the Botswana safari. This happened while he was trying to race a giraffe when the lion started going after him from behind.

The short clip posted on X (formerly Twitter) shows how he and his cameraman were spotted trying to run back a giraffe to film their shot, but as soon as they jumped out of their vehicle to chase it, they were seen jumping back up in their mini safari van to save their own lives. IShowSpeed was seen saying to his partner, “Come back, it’s a Lion, come back. That was F**k stupid bro.”
